At the foot of Penteleul mountain, on the banks of the river Bâsca Mare, we raise animals, we cultivate the earth and care for the gardens as our ancestors did. Clean, with love and respect for the nature. At Penteleu Farmhouse you can enjoy traditional dishes, without a trace of chemicals.
With dedication, in clean conditions, we prepare cheeses, meats, jams and compotes. Our food is linked to the nature: in some years we fill the basement with apples, in other years only with pears, in some seasons we have nettles and dandelion, in other seasons we have only buds fir and birch sap. We do not do anything outside the natural course of things. In fact, we have allowed a single element of contemporary civilization, out of respect for you, our guests: hygiene in food preparation and verification throughout the entire process comply with the most stringent European standards.

Matured goat cheese matured – 50 lei / 900 gram jar
Processed Cheese – 12 lei / 200 grams
Mangalita and goat boiled and smoked sausages – 60 lei / kg
Mangalita Ham – 50 lei / kg
Sheep pastrami – 50 lei / kg
Jams – strawberry, berries, etc. – 10 – 12 lei / jar
To make a tour of the farm, you need to have hunch at the farmhouse (60 lei/person) or to buy farm products (60 lei). For children, the tour is free of charge. For bookings, contact us!
